Run for the Rosé 5K

Run for the Rosé 5K will take place on Sunday, September 24th at 1pm.  You can choose to run or walk, and the race will begin and end at the beautiful Tres Rojas Winery located at 1774 E Cruger Rd in Washington, IL. This event is rain or shine!  Packet Pick up will be on race day from 12-12:45pm.  Race start time will be 1pm. 

Following the Race, we will have an awards ceremony, and there will be live music by Black Velvet on the patio until 4pm.  Also, we encourage you to browse our raffle baskets and taste some amazing wines!  If wine isn’t your thing, the winery also offers beer from great local breweries. 

Runners under 21 are welcome to join!  But, will be asked to wear a wristband.  Runners under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Awards will be presented to the first overall male and female finishers as well as the first male and female finishers in the following divisions: 19 & under, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 & above.

Run for the Rosé 5K will benefit the American Cancer Society’s ‘Men Wear Pink of Greater Illinois’ campaign!  In fact, every dollar raised helps the American Cancer Society save more lives from breast cancer through early detection and prevention, breakthrough breast cancer discovery and research, and lifesaving patient support.
