Rad Rabbit 5k, 10k, & Family Mile

Race 1 (of 3) in our annual "Run the Holidays Race Series,” the Stony Creek Rad Rabbit Run takes place the day before Easter and is fun for the whole family! Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome to join us in taking part in the 5k, 10k, and/or Family Mile distance(s). This gorgeous course, at Stony Creek Metropark, is a great way to start the year on a mostly flat route completely within the park. The 5k is a simple out-and-back. The 10k is one full loop with 5 of the 6.2-miles being on the smooth winding paved trail around the lake. At just over half way, the 10k course deviates from the paved path for just over 1-mile of trail running. The 1-mile trail is groomed, flat, wide, and well-marked, connecting the paved loop path from one side of the lake to the other.
