Mosaic Mental Health's 5K

Join the Move for Mosaic event in support of mental health at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. Rain or shine, this event welcomes runners, walkers, and movers of all levels to participate. All proceeds will benefit Mosaic Mental Health's diverse programs and services, dedicated to enhancing mental well-being. With over 60 years of service, Mosaic offers therapy, support services, substance abuse treatment, and more. Their mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives, highlighting the importance of mental health with the belief that every mind matters.
