The beneficiaries of this event: Katelynn's Closet, Youth Athletic Foundation,  and the Good Works Fund of the Hyannis Rotary, Good Works Fund. Check out our picture below of Steve Heslinga giving Katlelynn's Closet their funds from the 2022 Miles For Smiles. The Rotary Clubs have donated approximately $60,000.00 to Katelynn's Closet, Youth Athletic Foundation and Good Works Fund combined.

An important announcement: For Miles for Smiles 2024 we will have prize money for both male and female participants in the 5K-First place finishers will receive $200.00, second place finishers will receive $150.00, third place finishers will receive $100.00, and fourth place finishers will receive $50.00. To win you must be a Cape Cod resident

Special gift certificates for the first 100 registrants. Each certificate is worth up to $30.00 in value. Registrants get their choice, first come first choice. Answer the custom question, it is optional.

Pre-registration Packet Pick up and Same Day Registration will be at Barnstable High School, 744 W. Main Street, Hyannis , MA, 02601, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.,Youth Runs included

The distances for the runs are as follows:

3 and under 30 meters (to be held on the track)

6 and under 100 meters (to be held on the track)

7-12 1/2 mile (to be held on the track)

13-18 and 19 and over 5K

The routes to the events are as follows:

On-line Registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on April 18, 2024

Entry Fee: December 5 –January 31-$30.00, March 1-April 19, $$32.50 April 20, $35.00, 

Youth 6 and under free, youth 7-12 $10.00, Youth 13-18 $15.00

Prizes: Medals for all youth 12 and under

Trophies for first female and male runners in each age group

Age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over

Long sleeve shirts for first 60 participants 13 and over, to register and first 25 youth 12 and under
