Apply usacycling.org USAC Release waiver must be signed by all racers or parent/guardian for anyone 18 years or younger. USAC license required for all USAC events.

USAC 1-day license: $15, only available on site for Cat 5 Men/Women who have never previously held a USAC license with a higher category in the discipline they are registering for. Collegiate License Required in Collegiate Events. 

Rocky Mtn Road CUP points are awarded to Bicycle Colorado annual members. Points will be given to the highest CUP race group in non-traditional CUP race groups:  Ex: Master 40+: points will be awarded as 40+1-2-3.
