Live Well Half Marathon, Free 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

Kinetic Physical Therapy and Wellness is hosting an event to promote health in Pitt County. This event invites both competitive and novice participants to experience the benefits of exercise and healthy living through a variety of runs. Runners can enjoy the event while visiting local community health and wellness partners. Participants will receive finisher medals, shirts, and may win trophies or medals based on their performance. The routes are USATF certified, complete with water stops and amenities. Join us to experience a celebration of health and fitness in a supportive community environment, with a live awards ceremony completing the event.
