K9K Race

The K9K was created to honor the legacy of Andy, a dedicated police officer with the Grand Rapids and Woodridge Police Departments, who passed away while training for a canine handler position. This event celebrates Andy's life and raises funds for important causes. Participants can enjoy friendly run/walk events where dogs are welcome, though not required. The setting provides a beautiful backdrop, and the atmosphere is fun and inclusive for families. Not just a sporting event, it's a community gathering to honor a fallen hero and support meaningful endeavors.
