Iron Rock Run - 4.5 Miler

Join us for the second annual Rock Valley Run, a 4.5 mile race that starts and finishes at the Rock Valley Brewing Co.! This year the race is has a Hawaiian theme. Prizes for best Hawaiian dressed runners and Rock Valley Brewery will be having a Hawaiian party after the race. There will be live music and food! And of course, beer. Don't forget your ID!

We are limiting this race to 100 runners. There will be NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION. Registration closes at 10:00PM on Friday October 7.

There are no place or age group awards in this race. We're trying to make this more of a fun event. That being said, please feel free to crush the course and take the win! Or just grab a friend, dress up, and enjoy the course.

All runners will receive custom Rock City Runner sunglasses with their registration.

Registration is $25 if you sign up before midnight on October 1 and $30 from then until 10:00PM on October 7. Children under 16 run free.
