Historic Hillsborough Half Marathon and Fleet Feet 5K

Hillsborough, North Carolina offers a unique experience for runners of all levels. The town's scenic beauty and historic architecture provide the perfect backdrop for a road race. Join the Hillsborough Running Club for an unforgettable event featuring the Historic Hillsborough Half Marathon and 5K races. The routes showcase the town's historic sites and picturesque landscapes.Participants will have the opportunity to run past landmarks such as the Old Orange County Courthouse, Burwell School, Margaret Lane Cemetery, and Occoneechee Indian Village. Both the half marathon and 5K courses include a lap around the Historic Occoneechee Speedway Trail, a historic track from NASCAR's early days. Runners will also enjoy scenic views along Churton Street and Hillsborough's River Walk, part of the Mountains to Sea trail.

Finishers will receive custom medals and t-shirts in male, female, and youth sizes. Packet pick-up locations will be available prior to the race. Awards will be presented to top finishers in various age groups, ensuring a competitive yet inclusive atmosphere for runners from around the world.
