Handcart Days Races

Join the South Davis Recreation Center  for our annual Handcart Days Half Marathon, Frontier 5k & Pioneer Pete1k!

 This event is a hoot and a holler! Pick an event (half marathon, 5k or 1k), and run with our Race Pacers in the Half and our Pioneer Pete in the 1K. Afterwards, all registered participants will receive Breakfast at the finish line sponsored by Davis Behavioral Health in conjunction with Lee's Grocery and South Davis Community Cares will serve Breakfast to all Participants and a portion of your registration will go to Davis Behavioral Health to help with projects in our Community. Additional Breakfast tickets for Family Members can be purchased with your registration at $7 per ticket OR $8 Day OF. 

 Race details will be send out via email, the week of the race.

Packet Pick-up:

* Please only those participating in the race, come and pick up your packets OR have participating friends and/or family, pick up. 

Friday, July 19th  @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 p.m

Saturday, July 20th @ 5:00am - 6:30 am.

 Race Start Times:

•HandCart Half Marathon  6:00 am  *with Race Pacers 

   Early start @ 5:30am. Designed for the slower runner (14 min/mile +) Not eligible for awards.

•Frontier 5K 7:00 am

•Pioneer Pete 1K 8:00 am
