Flat and Fast Rural Hall 5K 10K

This annual event supports the Rural Hall Elementary School, offering participants the chance to race on USA Track & Field certified courses. The courses feature a gun start and chip timing to ensure accurate results. Participants have access to Hanes Sport(TM) moisture-wicking shirts and multiple water stations throughout the course. Spectators can enjoy music and cheering from the Piedmont Cheering Hearts and a vibrant atmosphere with food and entertainment. Trophies are awarded for the top male and female finishers, along with medals for various age categories. Dogs are not permitted, except for service dogs.
