Organizer: Friends of Oconee Fire Department   Join us for the FIREHOUSE 5K, a spirited community event in Oconee, IL, designed to support our dedicated volunteer fire department. This exciting race takes place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, starting at 8:00 AM. Whether you're an avid runner, a casual jogger, or a walker, this event welcomes participants of all fitness levels.  The race winds through the charming streets of Oconee, offering a scenic route that showcases the beauty of our town. Along the way, you'll be cheered on by friendly faces and enthusiastic supporters.  All proceeds from the FIREHOUSE 5K will directly benefit the Oconee Volunteer Fire Department, helping to fund essential equipment, training, and resources needed to keep our community safe. Bring your family and friends, and enjoy a morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit.
