Find Your Flock 5K

Motherhood can be tough, but so are we! Join Climb Team Raleigh for our first ever Find Your Flock 5K! 

This event will kick off with a 5K race, followed by 1-mile commemorative walk in honor of those who have been impacted by perinatal mental health issues, and then stick around for our Community Fair with local organizations, activities, cold treats, and more!

The Climb is an annual fundraising and awareness event for Postpartum Support International (PSI). PSI provides resources, support, and education for families impacted by perinatal mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar, PTSD, and psychosis. PSI’s Helpline connects helpseekers with local coordinators and resources (call/text 1-800-944-4773). PSI also has 30+ virtual support groups that are all free, cover an array of topics and populations (from Black Moms Connect to NICU, and everything in between), and run 6 days a week.
