FGCU XC Gobbler 5K, Mile Run & Tot Trot

The FGCU men's and women's cross country program is scheduled to host the Thirteenth Annual Gobbler 5K on Thanksgiving Day outside FGCU Alico Arena. The 5k race begins at 7:30 a.m., followed by the 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:15 a.m. and the Tot Trot at 8:30 a.m. A pre-registration fee of $25 will be required for those participating running the 5k race who registers before Monday, November 20th, 2024. The 5k entry fee will increase to $30 from Monday, November 20th to Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 at 6:00am. On race day, a registration fee of $35 will be charged for the 5K and $12 for the 1 Mile Run. The Tot Trot is free of charge!

Awards will be given to the top 10 male and top 10 female 5K finishers. ****Update: Guarantee shirt size to participants who register by November 15th. 

Packet Pickup will be on Wednesday, November 22nd from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Fit2Run Store in Coconut Point Mall, and on race morning starting at 6:00am in front of Alico Arena.

Proceeds from the event will go toward the FGCU cross country program. Please make checks payable to FGCU Athletics/Cross Country.
