Fall Frolic - Olympia

FALL FROLIC Sunday, September 29, 2024 Frolic your way through a 5K, 5 mile or kids run starting and finishing at Heritage Park in Olympia, WA.  The course is a flat and fast around the lake with an out and back portion.  Families, strollers, walkers are welcome.  Registration: 5K or 5 Mile: $35 non-members, $30 for members early registration Kids Dash: Free (12 and under only)

Register early to guarantee your swag:    Packet pickup:  Saturday, 9/28/2024 from 1 to 4 pm at South Sound Running in Olympia Sunday, 9/29/2024 from 7:30 to 8:30 am at the packet pickup tent in Heritage Park.    Race Day Schedule of Events: 7:30 to 8:30 am: Packet pickup 8:45 am: Kids Frolic (distance will be about 1 mile). 9:00 am: 5 mile race starts 9:15 am: 5K race starts 10:15 am: Awards and raffle prize drawing

Awards for Top 3 overall men and women 5K and 5 mile and top 3 in age group. Age groups are every 10 years.
