It's more fun to run with a group. Come celebrate running with us! We welcome all paces and abilities as always.

Gather inside Running Vines afterward to hangout and have a drink!

Extra Mile fun run/walk uses the city pathways. We ask everyone to be mindful of the crosswalks, cars on the road and are familiar with the route. Anyone under the age of 12 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This is a fun, energetic, themed and organized group run. These runs are intended to be fun, relaxed and a way to run on some amazing routes in the region.  Extra Mile is solely offering a location to meet up.  If you are running longer distances, be sure to bring your own water.
