The 2024 Meijer LPGA 5k presented by Kellogg’s will be held on Saturday June 15. Bring the whole family to this fun, exciting community 5k powered by Gazelle Sports. With your $25 registration fee, you will receive:

  About the Meijer LPGA Classic for Simply Give:

The 2024 Meijer LPGA Classic will host a full field of the best women golfers for 72 holes of stroke play over four days of competition. Proceeds from the tournament – and each of the week’s festivities – will once again benefit the Meijer Simply Give program that restocks the shelves of food pantries across the Midwest. The 2022 Meijer LPGA Classic raised a record-setting $1.25 million for the Meijer Simply Give program and in total, the tournament has generated $8.65 million to stock the shelves of nearly 300 food pantries across the entire Midwest region. We look to add to that number in 2024!

This year's course will be a USATF certified 5K beginning and ending on the track in the Rockford High School Stadium (4100 Kroes St NE, Rockford, MI 49341)

$150 per team (up to 10 participants)

  AGE GROUP PRIZES

The top three overall winners for men and women will receive $1,000, $800, and $600 in Meijer gift cards. The top three runners for men and winners in each age group will receive $500, $250, and $100 in Meijer gift cards, respectively.

College athletes are responsible for knowing their governing body's rules before accepting gift cards. High School athletes cannot accept gift cards according to the MHSAA handbook.  Age Groups:

MEIJER LPGA 5K CORPORATE TEAM CHALLENGE PRESENTED BY KELLOGG’S

Meijer LPGA 5k Run & Walk will again have a fun and competitive Team Challenge.

How does it work:

1. Select a team captain and have them register your team
2. Find up to 10 runners to join your team (have them sign up as individual runners and make sure they select the Community Challenge option when registering)
3. Run your heart out at the event
4. Join us for the awards ceremony at 9:00 am to see how your team placed

Rules:

1. The top five finishers of each team (determined by age group place) will be combined for that team’s race score.
2. Teams are limited to 10 runners - must have at least 5 to score
3. This is a low-score-wins event (just like golf!)
4. In case of a tie, the team’s next non-scoring runner with the fastest time will be used as the tie breaker.
