Experience the thrill of participating in the FRED Running Relays in West Michigan! Join a team and take on the challenge of running your chosen distance through scenic trails. The course features 36 legs spanning from Belmont to Lake Cadillac and back, with each leg ranging from 2 to 9.5 miles. A portion of the event proceeds support the West Michigan Trails Organization in their mission to expand paved and pristine trails for the community.
