About the event

The spectacular Primiero Dolomiti Marathon, hosted in the heart of the Dolomites of Parco Naturale Paneveggio – Pale di San Martino, is organized by the local club U.S. PRIMIERO ASD. The event draws in road runners, trail runners, and nature lovers. It features four amazing courses (42K, 26K, 16K (new) e 6.5K) that traverse the most stunning valleys of Primiero and are suited for both experts and novices. Moreover, the Primiero Dolomiti Village will host an expo on the competition days, and after the race is over, the Primiero Dolomiti Party will take place. At the party, participants will be able to enjoy the local delicacies.

Credit : Venicemarathon 42K Italo Cassol outpaced more then 461 runners to win in 03:00:34. Michele Tavernaro earned runner-up honours with a time of 03:06:03. Rounding out the top three was Silvano Beatrici with a time of 03:11:14. In the ladies race, Barbara Bani took top honours by finishing the race in 03:26:21 , ahead of Tatiana Quesada (03:53:49).
