Run To Breathe Half Marathon & 5K

Join us for the endurance event at McDanel's Boat Launch in Moraine State Park, Portersville, PA. The race supports the Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis Inc. Participants will run entirely on a paved bike path with an out-and-back course. Enjoy amenities such as several water stops, restrooms, plenty of food, and unique awards, including finisher medals. There's a runner limit excluding virtual participants, and registered entrants receive special items like shirts or coffee mugs and running socks. Experience chip timing and the race's warm hospitality at the historic #7 pavilion.
