Holly City Family Center Indoor Triathlon

Sign up for an indoor triathlon to kickstart your tri-season!  The event will take place entirely within the Holly City Family Center on Saturday, March 11, 2023:
1) 10 minute lap swim
2) 30 minute stationary bike
3) 20 minute treadmill run

-Member and Non-member sign-up options
-Must select time slot at registration
-Waves of 8 participants starting every 30 minutes
-First wave starts in the pool at 8:30AM
-All competitors will end by 12:15 PM

An 8 week group training programing will be available starting January 12th! Thursday nights at 5pm will be a cardio session and Sundays at 12 Noon will be swimming.  The training is included with all HCFC membership levels.  All non-members can add-on a $20 fee to join all 8 weeks.  You must sign up at the HCFC, it can be done at the front desk before class.

Prizes will be awarded for best distances!
