Great Guernsey Trail 5k / 10k

RACE INFO:  will be a virtual race that you run or walk on your own All runners registered by Friday, August 28th will be guaranteed a finishers medal and shirt. All registrations beyond this date will be by date of registration, based on availability   Now is a better time than ever to stay active, stay connected with others via social media, support local charities, and of course... enjoying a nice active run!  The Trail Fest 10K, 5K Run is all about combining our 3 favorite things:   Running (or Walking), supporting our local community and our love for cool race swag!  Unfortunately we can't congregate in groups currently, but we can still come together as a virtual community and enjoy fun, fitness, charity, and social sharing!   Proceeds from the race will go towards supporting the many programs and projects of the Guernsey County Community Development Corp.,
a local 501(c)3 non-profit committed to our community’s quality of life. By providing recreational and educational opportunities for our area residents, the CDC is helping to make Guernsey County a great place to live and work! Complete your chosen event any time between Sept. 26 and Oct. 3rd.... while observing proper social distancing of course!

Post your pics on our Facebook page (optional)   VIRTUAL RACE INSTRUCTIONS 1.     When the race officially kicks off at 8:00am on Saturday, September 26th, you’ll receive a text message and email welcoming you to the race.
2.     After you complete your race, results can be entered up until Saturday, October 3rd.
3.     Submission of your race results can be done via text message or web form.
4.     When submitting your results, you’ll have the option to include photos and a GPS record of your activity—
        this will show your race results and display a verified checkmark next to your race results.
5.     Results will be ranked online in the following categories: overall and gender   Medal and Shirt Pickup Location and Time: Race shirts and finisher medals can be picked up Monday, October 5th through Friday, October 9th between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm at 905 Wheeling Ave. Cambridge, Ohio 43725. Pickups can also be arranged for after hours by calling ahead at 740-439-0020.   ENTRY FEES: (non-refundable) 5k run $30  10k run $30 Proceeds from the race will go towards supporting the many programs and projects of the Guernsey County Community Development Corp.,
