Dolomites Ultra Trail

The Dolomites Ultra Trail is an exciting adventure that takes place in the stunning Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage. This running event will lead participants through public roads, forest and hiking trails, as well as alpine and high alpine climbs. The Dolomites were officially recognized as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site on June 26, 2009, making their protection and conservation a shared cultural responsibility. Runners will have the opportunity to experience the unique and breathtaking mountain landscapes of the Dolomites, renowned for their extraordinary beauty and colorful scenery.The Dolomites Ultra Trail is a team race, exclusively for teams of two. Athletes will start together at the Cathedral Square in Brixen, and journey through various checkpoints before crossing the finish line back at Cathedral Square. The race will cover a distance of 84 km and an elevation gain and loss of 4,728 m. Participants must complete the route within 20 hours.

International travelers are welcome to join this thrilling event, but non-members of an Athletic Federation must provide a Certificate of Health by June 30th, 2022.
