Take a swim in the Tennessee River, with temperatures typically suitable for wetsuits. The bike route takes you through East Knoxville, offering beautiful rolling views along Riverside Drive. The run passes by notable landmarks like the Star of Knoxville Riverboat launch, Volunteer Landing, and the marina, finishing back at Riverside Park with a traditional PBR celebration. Participants include athletes competing solo or in relay teams, with options in triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike events. Parking is available under the bridge at Ned McWherter Park and in an adjacent overflow lot, ensuring convenience for all attendees.
