Welcome! Supporters of Families with Sickle Cell Disease will host its 9th, 5K Sickle Cell Walk, Run, or Jog and Health Bazaar for a Cure in Oklahoma. By participating in this statewide race, you are helping to Shine the Light on Sickle Cell Disease and its inherited disorders and traits. Your participation helps to raise awareness of this disease that impacts thousands of children, youth and their families in Oklahoma. Together we can change the narrative of SCD!

Sickle Cell Disease is a chronic life-long disease, that impacts those who live with it and their family’s quality of life. From the start of life journey Sickle Cell Warriors face challenges with everyday life activities. We Run for a Cure, We Jog for Health, and Walk for Life! Funds raised go directly toward improving health outcomes and education for those families impacted in Oklahoma by providing resources, support and access to healthcare services. Your participation and generosity can change the narrative and make significant difference in the lives of many.
