Hybrid Hershey Miracle 5K Race

The 21st Annual Hershey Miracle 5k Race is almost here! Sign up and join us on Saturday, September 21st.

Celebrating the 21st anniversary, The Hershey Company looks forward to raising money for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) at Penn State Health's Children's Hospital by hosting an in-person 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/ Walk at Milton Hershey School on Saturday, September 21, 2024, and offering a virtual any way 5K option.

The in-person 5K race will start at 8:00 a.m. at Henry Hershey Field, 635 Brook Drive. Hershey, PA 17033. The route will wind through the beautiful Milton Hershey School campus, giving participants a view of the gazebos and Founder’s Hall. This event is Rain or Shine.

New this year, the 1-mile Fun Run/ Walk will take place in the enclosed track at the stadium begining at 8:15 a.m. Have fun being cheered on by our volunteers & Hershey characters!

Strollers and other “wheels” are welcome. No pets are allowed. Service animals are permitted.

Can't make it in person or live outside of the area? No problem!

We will have our virtual any-way 5K available again this year! Run, Walk, Bike, Swim, Skate, Exercise; you can participate wherever and however you please! You can participate from Saturday, August 17 until Saturday, September 21 (end of day). Results can be submitted online- Active Results. We look forward to seeing everyone's race photos on social media! Use hashtags #RunForCMN and #GiftOfGrowingUp so we can easily find your posts!

This race is a great way to exercise while also raising much needed funds for the Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Health's Children's Hospital. Due to the support from our generous sponsors and participants, the 2023 Hershey Miracle 5K Race raised over $100,000. For those who have participated in the past, we thank you for your contributions and hope you will join us again! 

Registration is now open and will be open until September 19. Same day registration is available on-site at Henry Hershey Field, 635 Brook Drive. Hershey, PA 17033.

This is a cashless event. Electronic and digital payment will be available.

Free parking on site.

Schedule:

Sign in and same-day registration begins at 6:45 AM and ends at 7:45 AM. 

5K race will start at 8:00 AM.

1-mile fun run/walk will begin at 8:15AM.

Award ceremony for our top placing 5K participants in each age category and raffle will take place after the race around 9:00 AM. 

All In-Person registrants will receive a raffle ticket for one of our wonderful prizes!

Virtual Participants:

You will have the opportunity to record your results on active.com. There will not be an award ceremony or medals.

Swag Bag Pick Up: 

Swag bags and t-shirts will be available through local pick up only.

You may pick up on September 19, 2024 from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM at the Hershey Technical Center, 1025 Reese Ave., Hershey PA 17033

May also pick up swag the day of the race!

Same-day registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt and swag bag.
