FROGMAN Solo SwimRun

Come experience the ultimate adventure of running and swimming at the FROGMAN Solo SwimRun event on the coast of Fragkolimano, Corinth. This is a thrilling event, organised by Athlos Sports & Events and the TRIATHLON CLUB CORINTH CANAL. The event covers a total of 15 kilometres, consisting of 12 km of running and 3 km of swimming, with 15 continuous transitions. The race starts and ends at the Fragkolimano beach, taking you through Small Amoni and Big Amoni, all the way to Kalogerolimano. The course comprises continuous changes between a total of 15 distances, including eight running distances totalling 12 km, and seven swimming distances totalling 3 km.
