Carson Park 5 & 10/Logging Miles

Join us for fitness and Halloween fun in the 56th annual Carson Park 5 & 10, Wisconsin's Home Run Since 1969! Enjoy a challenging, scenic course in and around Carson Park! With the 10-mile course featuring the new stretch of trail between Rod and Gun Park and Carson Park. Run/walk your first or fastest 5K and receive a Carson cap! Stick around afterwards for lots of post-race fun including treats and prizes!  

 

Sat. Oct. 26th Event Schedule 8:30 a.m.--5K & 10-mile run/walk 9 a.m.-Noon--Free tours of the Chippewa Valley Museum for all event participants 10:30 a.m.--Awards, Halloween Costume Contest  11 a.m.--Kid's 1/4 mile & 1-mile BOO-GIE Run     Race shirt and # pickup will be available at the Wisconsin Logging Museum (Paul Bunyan Logging Camp) 4 to 7 pm Friday, Oct. 25th and 6:30 to 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26th.  

 

Event proceeds benefit the Chippewa Valley Museum and the ITC Running/Walking Club, two non-profit organizations with a long history of promoting community education, fitness, and service.
