Historically both rides fill very quickly, often in minutes.  If you're on the site at the opening bell you should get a spot - no guarantees, but that's usually how it shakes out.

Email is our primary means of communication so please use an email address you check
regularly or you will miss out on important info!  We will never SPAM you.

Waitlist - Our waitlist is now handled thru the reg process above, there is no cost to join.  There are always a handful of cancels usually in March, we'll contact you for approval prior to adding you & charging your card.

Trip registrations are not transferable. Cancellation deadline is March 21st, subject to a $40 fee.

Can I register multiple riders? 
Yes, but you must enter the actual names of the riders, like a plane ticket. No substitutions or squatting on trip spots & filling them later.  Complete the form for yourself, it will give you the option to register another prior to payment. You can edit entries after registration, everything EXCEPT the rider's name & jersey sizing.

Where do I get my registration packet? 
It will be emailed in a confirmation shortly after registration. This will have oodles of info for you, answers to every question we get. Please include a working email address, we never SPAM.  If you do not receive this within an hour of registering please contact us!

When do I receive my jersey, etc? 
Jerseys & returning rider rewards will be waiting for you when you check in on the first day of the ride. 

This is a rain or shine event, there are no refunds for conditions once the event begins.  If extreme conditions exist, the route & course areas will be altered or closed as necessary to ensure safety.   For more info see our full policies about cancellation.

We have an insurance policy for riders (included) that provides a refund should the event be cancelled for poor weather or certain natural disasters.  However it only applies prior to event start (e.g. - if event directors cancel the event the night before due to blizzard on the horizon).  Once the event starts & you're rolling, there are no concessions for poor conditions, we become a rain-or-shine event.
