Is there a better way to spend a Saturday morning than to run or walk the Beautiful Little River Valley just outside of Asheville, North Carolina?
What if there were Bluegrass music throughout the race!
And all proceeds go towards a great cause! This year's 5K race is a loop that takes you through the gorgeous Little River Valley with local bluegrass musicians featured along the course. The race will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, and will begin at 9:00 AM for runners, and 9:05 AM for walkers/strollers at the staging area across from 1918 Hart Road, Pisgah Forest, NC. Early packet pick-up will be on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 PM at the staging area (field across from 1918 Hart Road, Pisgah Forest, NC). If you need a place to stay for the race or as a weekend getaway, check out The Pines Country Inn (178 Tomfoolerly Lane, Pisgah Forest, NC), which right next door. You could walk to pick up your race packets.
