About the event
Experience the thrilling combination of a great sea swim, a challenging bike loop and a stunning off-road run at Goodrington Sands. Prepare for a workout: the bike course is particularly tough with Parliament Hill and the climb out of Galmpton, and the run course is sure to test your stamina with its steep hills and steps. Endure the challenge and feel the rush from the fast descent towards the finish!
