Plymouth Swim

Dive into adventure with the Plymouth Swim, a spectacular open water event held alongside the Plymouth Triathlon. Hosted in partnership with Plymouth Tri Club and the onsite team at Mount Edgcumbe, this swim offers a thrilling and accessible experience just a short ferry ride from central Plymouth.
Set in the calm waters of Barn Pool Beach, the course is naturally sheltered by land on both sides, creating an ideal setting for swimmers of all levels. Choose from 750m, 1500m, or 3K distances—each lap designed to keep you close to shore and away from strong currents.
