Hilton Head Island Marathon, Half Marathon & 8K

Challenge yourself at the Hilton Head Island Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K, starting from Jarvis Creek Park on picturesque Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The marathon and half marathon offer a scenic, certified course that guides athletes through two beautiful parks and across the Broad Creek. (Marathon runners will experience diverse terrains as they pass through communities like Spanish Wells, Point Comfort, and Honey Horn Plantation.) The course is designed to be fast and flat, with an additional test of endurance at the Broad Creek Bridge, covering a one-mile stretch that participants tackle twice. Lace up to support the Hilton Head Regional Medical Center’s “Strive to Excel” program and the Hilton Head Island Children’s Memorial Garden.
