5K Run/Walk Overview:

TIME: Start at 8:00 AM. Arrive early to check in, mingle with our sponsors, and connect with fellow participants and neighbors in a glowing celebration.

Course Description: The 5K course takes you through the scenic streets of Tempe, starting and ending at Tempe Beach Park. Participants will enjoy a lively atmosphere with neon decorations, music from the 90s, and enthusiastic volunteers cheering you on. Whether you choose to run or walk, this event is perfect for all fitness levels and ages.

Virtual Participation: Can't make it to Tempe? No problem! Join us virtually and complete your 5K wherever you are. You'll still be part of the excitement and contribute to this important cause. Virtual participants will receive a race packet, including a neon-themed t-shirt and race bib.

Why Participate? Trauma doesn't discriminate. It can affect anyone, causing lifelong suffering and burdening our healthcare system. Shockingly, traumatic injuries are the leading cause of death for children and adults up to age 46. This is a pressing public health issue that demands our attention!
