Fungus 5K

Join fellow athletes in Irvine for the Mountain Mushroom Festival's thrilling race events! Whether you're tackling the 2K or pushing through the 5K, it's a perfect opportunity to challenge your limits amidst the celebration of morel mushrooms and Kentucky agates. Registration and check-in occur from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the corner of 199 Broadway & Estill Ave. (with GPS coordinates: 37.69915, -83.97064). The 2K kicks off at 8:30 a.m., followed closely by the 5K at 9 a.m. After crossing the finish line, refuel with snacks and drinks, and stay for the award ceremony to celebrate your achievements. Rest assured, the race is in expert hands with supervision by the experienced staff from John’s Run/Walk Shop in Lexington.
