Expect a challenging yet exhilarating adventure, requiring headlamps or flashlights to navigate the unlit trails. You'll have a blast navigating the course, which loops for 6.55 miles and lets half marathoners take on the loop twice. The park is a stunning backdrop, with much of the route skirting a reservoir and home to abundant deer. Expect a mix of challenging trails, wooden stairs, and bridges that may become slick in snowy conditions.
