North Fulton Rotary Run for FBLA

EVENT DETAILS

The North Fulton Rotary Run for FBLA is a three mile race in beautiful Webb Bridge Park in Alpharetta, GA. The race course consists of three laps around the wooded and hilly one mile path. All proceeds from the race will benefit the Alpharetta High School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) club.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM.

AWARDS

Awards will be given for top 3 finishers of each age category, both male and female. We will also award the top overall male and female winners. The age categories are: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

T-SHIRTS

T-shirts are guaranteed to all registrations received BEFORE 11:59 PM, September 14th. Those who sign up on or after September 15th are not guaranteed a race shirt. Any extras will be given on a first come, first serve basis the day of the race.

PARKING

There should be plenty of parking at Webb Bridge Park, but participants are encouraged to carpool so others who want to enjoy the park will have space as well. 

WEATHER

The race will happen rain or shine. Be prepared to run in any weather. Only in cases of extreme weather will changes to the race schedule occur. 

REGISTRATION

Online registration closes at 11:59 AM on Saturday, September 24th. After online registration closes you can sign up the morning of the race from 7:00 am to 7:40 am. It will be cash or check (payable to Rotary Club of North Fulton) only - $40.00.

REFUNDS

No refunds or transfers from person-to-person. While we understand schedules change and things come up, we have a strict no-refund policy. Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to extreme conditions such as weather. Registration fees are not refundable in the event of the race cancellation due to "Acts of God" or things outside the control of the Race management.

PACKET PICK UP

Race bibs and t-shirts will be available for pick up at the race venue beginning at 7:00 am on Sunday, September 25th. 

TIMING

The race will be timed by Elite Race Timing. Each participant will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to the bib. Results will be provided at the finish line and will be posted to Elite's website immediately following the race at www.eliteracetiming.com.

WATER STATIONS

We will have a water station on the course at one mile intervals.  Additional water and post-race snacks will be available at the finish line.

FIRST AID

In case of an emergency, please immediately notify one of our volunteers or EMS workers.

RESTROOMS

There are public restroom facilities at Webb Bridge Park.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The Rotary Club of North Fulton and its volunteers cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not have a secure area of safekeeping for your personal items.

PROCEEDS

Proceeds from the race benefit the Alpharetta High School FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). Each year, approximately 65-70 members of this club qualify to attend the FBLA National Convention and proceeds will help offset the expense to attend this event.
