Little Steps, Big Dreams - 5K Run

Join us for our 14th Annual "Little Steps, Big Dreams" race! Embrace the distance over 10K, walk/run our 5K family-friendly race, or have your littles do the Kids Dash! 

 

To make our race as seamless as possible, the last day to register will be September 25 at 3:00PM. However, register before September 6 to be guaranteed a race shirt and receive early bird pricing. After Sept. 6 prices increase by $10.    COURSE INFORMATION The starting and ending location of each race will be inside the Germaine Korum Center in the Farm 12 Courtyard (behind the restaurant). Runners and walkers will head out of the site and through the Van Lierop Park, eventually turning left and onto the Foothills Trail.   RACE TIMELINE 8:00 AM - Kids Dash (must be with parents) 8:10 AM - Group Photo 8:20 AM - Warm-up with Coach Sue 8:30 AM - 10K Start 8:40 AM - 5K Start 9:50 AM - Course closes   We encourage you to carpool and arrive early to find parking! 

 

PACKET PICK UP Pick up your bib number and race shirt at the Step By Step offices (next door to Farm 12 Restaurant).

Packet Pickup Hours: Thursday, September 26, 9 AM - 7 PM Friday, September 27, 9 AM - 4 PM   Please pick up your packet during these days and times. There will be no packet pick-up on the day of the race.   FUNDRAISE  We’re working together to raise $50,000 to support the mission of Step By Step. Recruit your friends, family, and colleagues to join your team or invite them to make a donation in your name. Help us raise critical funds needed to help transform the lives of at-risk pregnant women, so they will deliver healthy babies, embrace positive parenting, and establish safe homes and secure futures. 
  FINISHERS CELEBRATION & AWARDS AT 10:00 AM After you finish your run, enjoy coffee, tasty treats, a mimosa garden, a hot cocoa bar, kids bounce house, and lots more!   At 10:00 AM, we will be giving awards to the top female and male finishers in the 5K & 10K run, as well as the top fundraisers! We hope you stick around until the end so we can celebrate community and family, together!  

 

RAFFLE  Everyone participating in the run this year will be entered into the raffle drawing. If you bring a package of diapers or wipes, you'll receive an additional raffle ticket!    THANK YOU for partnering with us to build strong families in our community. All proceeds from this event go to support Step By Step and help local moms and babies in need.
