Brothers Keeper 500

The Brothers Keeper 500 is a 1 mile race taking place on Saturday September 28, 2024 at 8am. The race is sponsored by F3 Thibodaux and proceeds will go to the non profit organization Brothers Keeper of the Bayou Region. This organization provides support for homeless individuals in our community. 

The race is a unique "fitness challenge" style setup along a 1 mile course along the streets of the Settlement at Live Oak neighborhood. Participants will form 2 man teams and progress through stations compiling points during a 1 hour time limit. The exercises will vary and most originate from the F3 exercise list (exicon). 

F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith) is a nationwide organization whose mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups with the goal of invigoration community male leadership. 

**In keeping with F3 principles this race event has a free option, is held outdoors (rain or shine) , open to all men (to invigorate male leadership), will end with a circle of trust (and prayer), and we suggest any physical modifications for existing injuries or cardiovascular limitations.
