The Blazin’ LOVE 5K Saturday – February 10, 2024 – 5K starts @ 8:00AM USATF Certified Course  – GA18010WC Fund Raiser for the VSU XC Teams Race #6 of the Grand Prix Meet the VSU Cross Country Team Members!

 

Start/Finish Location: 1605 Azalea Drive – Valdosta, GA 31602  5K Course: This Valdosta course starts near corner of Azalea Drive and College Street at the VECA School. Travels Azalea Drive to a left turn on Cranford Ave, right turn on White Oak Drive, right turn on Azalea Circle, left turn on Azalea Drive, right turn on Gornto Road, right turn on Georgia Ave, left on Clyde Ave, right on New Bern Street, right on Park, left on Delvid Street, right on Cranford, right on Georgia Ave, left on Cary Street and left on Azalea Drive, finishing at the VECA School. One loop course. 5K Awards: First Place Overall Male & Female / Masters Male & Masters Female. 1st and 2nd place winners in each of 9 age divisions: 11 & under, 12 to 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over. T-Shirts OPTION deadline 01/26/2024 – To reserve a T-Shirt for the entrant on Race Day – you must enter no later than 01/26/2024 – after that date, T-Shirts will not be available.  
Entry Fee for 5K event WITH T-Shirt - $22.50 – entry must be completed by 01/26/2024. There is a T-Shirt Family Discount through 01/26/2024 of $76.50 by 11:59pm – [Families of 4 with Parent(s)/Children under the age of 18]. After 01/26/2024, there is no Family Discount offered to receive T-Shirts.     Entry Fee for 5K event without T-Shirt:

No Family Discount offered on race day, 02/10/2024 – everyone is $30.00. Race Course closes at 9:00am - all participants are expected to be finished within 1 hour, by 9:00am.
