Ugly Sweater 5K

Come share your Christmas spirit with us by wearing your Ugly Sweater and joining us for a run/walk celebrating Christmas.  Enjoy the Ugly Sweater contest, which will occur at 9:30am,  and the raffle drawings, food, refreshments, and awards which will follow the race!!!  You must be present to win contest or raffles.

Whittenberger Park is a dog-friendly park.  Well-behaved canines and their responsible owners are invited to join us for the Ugly Sweater 5K!

Ugly Sweater 5K is presented by Canyon Track Club, which strives to serve the people of Canyon County, Idaho and the surrounding areas of the Treasure Valley, promoting physical fitness among people of all ages through running and walking exercise.  Coaches for CTC particularly encourage and teach children and youth to enjoy physical fitness through running and field events at an early age.

Proceeds from Ugly Sweater 5K help fund the development of youth athletes for Junior Olympics, Nike NXN, and FootLocker cross country events, as well as New Balance-Idaho and Simplot Games indoor winter track events.
