Tour de Trail: Pentagon Memorial

The September 11th National Memorial Trail is thrilled to host the second annual Tour de Trail: Pentagon, a wonderful walk through the heart of Northern Virginia, featuring a loop to the grounds of the Pentagon National Memorial. Please join us on Saturday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm for a three-mile walk beginning in Arlington, VA to the Pentagon National Memorial, and back.

Participants will be welcomed by several guest speakers at the Pentagon Memorial who will share stories from 9/11/2001 and explain the mission of the September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance. Please note: Parking is free for vehicles on the weekends. Proceeds from the ride will support our efforts to create and maintain a 1,300-mile, multi-use trail connecting the three locations impacted by the events of 9/11. The Trail will spur economic development by encouraging tourism in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
