TFI- Run For The Forgotten

Run For The Forgotten is a fundraiser to support The Forgotten Initiative-Boone County. The forgotten initiative exists to encourage everyone, everywhere to support the foster care community and experience Jesus together. The foster care community consists of Children in care, Biological parents, Foster parents and Social Workers. Locally TFI is meeting the needs of the the foster care community by providing supervised visitation for parents and their children in care, hosting regular social worker appreciation events and first response needs of families and kids in care. We have big dreams to be able to serve and care for this community in even more ways. Come run/walk with us as we raise awareness for those "forgotten" members of the foster care community. Choose your race- 1 mile or 5K options. We will be running around the property of Florence Baptist Church. There will be a DJ, bouncy house, face painting, Kona Ice and a T-shirt for all participants. The race will continue rain or shine!
