Make A Difference For ALS* In Northern Minnesota! (*Lou Gehrig's Disease)

Come join us and make a difference for this fun run/walk on July 15th, 2023. Fantastic fund raiser prizes along with an abundance of door prizes!

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THERE IS A VERY LIMITIED SUPPLY OF T-SHIRTS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE WHO REGISTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

There will be a "Memory Garden" to honor and remember your loved one. If you would like to have your loved one's name in the Memory Garden please use the "DONATE" tab at the top while registering and check the "OTHER" box and fill in the name of the loved one you wish to honor. (You DO NOT need to register for the event to make a donation) A donation of at least $1.00 is required to use this feature but feel free to donate any amount you'd like!

Pre-Registration Deadline: July 1st, 2023Race Packet Pickup and Registration: Roseau Track Friday July 14th, 2023 7:00-8:00pmSaturday July 15th, 2023 7:15-8:00am Starting Time: 8:30am on the track - Kids Dash followed by 5k Walk/Run (3.1 miles)8:45am 1 Mile fun walk/run Age Divisions:  6-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-109 Entry Fees:  $30 if postmarked by July 1st, 2023$40 if postmarked after July 1st, 2023 $85 Family Rate (Includes children 18 and under) by July 1st, 2023$95 Family Rate (Includes children 18 and under) after July 1st, 2023
