Larry Prout Jr Courage Fund / Arc Livingston County Fun Run

We are excited for our annual 2nd annual Larry Prout Jr (The Bear) Courage Fund 5k and 1 mile run/walk fundraiser!

Proceeds from this event assist University of Michigan Mott Hospital families whose loved ones are enduring complex medical issues with gas, food, utilities, clothes, emergency auto and home repairs, and many other basic necessities, that become hardships when a family is facing the medical crisis of a loved one. 

PRICING 5K: $30 until 7/17 t-shirt guaranteed. $35 from 7/18 to 7/26, t-shirt not guaranteed. $40 on race day, no t-shirts. Online registration only on race day. 

FAMILY/FRIENDS special pricing: $3/person discount when registering 3 or more people at the same time. Discount automatically applied during registration. Valid only for the 5k. Valid until 7/17.

COURSE: The 1 mile and 5k course is a turnaround course that is paved and wheelchair friendly.

PACKET PICKUP: July 27th, 8:00 am to 10:00 at the Registration/Check-in Tent. Race packets include: event and sponsor information, race t-shirt, and bib

VIRTUAL RUNNERS: Register by July 17th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Price is $30. Your packet (including t-shirt and event and sponsor information) will be mailed as the race approaches. You can post your results by going to the results tab at the top of the page and selecting virtual results. Results must be submitted by August 5th. 

RESULTS will be live during the race and posted on this website. The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
