Head for the Cure 5k - NC Triangle

Head for the Cure will raise funds, awareness and hope for the brain tumor community at our 4th Annual Head for the Cure 5K – NC Triangle at Southern Village Green on Market Street. Up to date, Head for the Cure has raised over $10 million across the country to fund research and programs for brain cancer. Funds from our 4th annual event will benefit the Brain Tumor Program at UNC on a local level and the Brain Tumor Trials Collaborative on a national level.

Our 5K run/walk will have approximately 300 participants. This community event brings people from many different backgrounds for one purpose - to help raise money to one day find a cure to brain cancer!
