Freeman Lake Summer Trail Challenge 5K and 10K

Sign up and run the 5K or the 10K or take the challenge and DOUBLE-DOWN to run both the 10K and 5K the same morning! 

Like in the past all NET profits and donations will benefit all local Cross-Country/Track HS programs and Greenspace trails. We will start our races from the Freeman Lake Park near the new Tennis court and sand volleyball courts area. The trail routes will be both out and backs with plenty of course markings. The 10K start time will be at 7:30 am and the 5K start time will be at 9:00 am. For those accepting the distance challenge you will have enough time to complete the 10K (14:19 pace per mile avg) NLT 8:59am and start on time for the 5K 9:00 am start time. Finishers of the distance challenge will receive both a 10K/5K finishers medals and a special Double-Down challenge custom award.

We will have plenty of course marking and volunteers keeping you hydrated and motivated along the way for both distances!
