Defeat MSA 5K

Please join us to honor Chad Sprankle, a Hanover local who was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) in the summer of 2021. Last year's event was a total success putting our overall fundraising total to just shy of $35,000! With that said, we are excited to dive into our THIRD annual MSA 5K event! 

Multiple System Atrophy is an extremely rare degenerative neurological disorder affecting the body's involuntary/autonomic functions including blood pressure, breathing, bladder function, and motor control.  The disease progresses rapidly and there currently is no cure. In order to raise awareness of MSA and to fundraise for the MSA Coalition, we are planning to hold our third annual 5K event on Saturday, March 23rd at 9:00 a.m. March is Multiple System Atrophy Awareness month, so what better time to put our efforts together!

For many of us, our health and ability to exercise daily are something we often take for granted.  We ask that you please consider participating in March in honor of those who no longer have that option!

Packet Pick-Up will take place on Friday  March 22nd from 4 p.m.-7p.m. or Saturday March 23rd from 7:30-8:30 a.m. at Strength United CrossFit
