Copper Canyons Endurance Runs

The Copper Canyons Endurance Runs offer an incredible opportunity to interact with the local culture and people of the Sierra Tarahumara. Named in honor of the late Micah True (Caballo Blanco), these 'running pilgrimages' create a space for international runners to come together and experience the beauty of the land and the people. The events include a 50K, Marathon and Half Marathon, each taking runners on a unique exploration of the Barrancas del Cobre, the deepest and largest canyon system in North America. Along the way, they will traverse ancient trails, ascend steep mountains and descend technical descents, culminating in a full day of music, dance, food, a craft education and storytelling. The experience will be one that is etched in the memories of all who take part.
