Run For Rural Health

Join us for the 1 Mile or 5k Fun Run to celebrate National Public Health Week. This is a FREE event for everyone, put on by Siskiyou County Public Health and hosted by the Siskiyou Family YMCA! 

Afterward, stick around for Healthy Kids Day at the Siskiyou Family YMCA. 

Healthy Kids Day® is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities hosted free community events to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.

WHERE: Siskiyou Family YMCA, 350 N. Foothill Dr., Yreka, CA, 9607

WHEN: Saturday, April 6th

STARTING TIMES: 9:00 AM

COURSE: Start and finish on the YMCA one-mile dirt path. 5K participants will complete 4 loops. 

FACILITIES: Bathrooms available

PACKET PICKUP: 8:00 AM-8:50 AM Day of Race or Friday, April 5th at the Siskiyou County Public Health Department

RESTRICTIONS: No roller skates, bicycles, skateboards, dogs, or unregistered participants
